SigEp alumnus Mike Moloney ’92 is
currently serving as president-elect of
the Miami University Alumni Association
Board. This advisory board is comprised
of 17-21 volunteers who represent Miami
alumni worldwide. The board meets in
Oxford three times a year and advises
the alumni association on programs and
issues relevant to alumni.
“Mike has been such a valuable addition
to our alumni board, joining the board
as a director in 2018 and chairing our
financial viability committee in 2019,”
said Kim Tavares MBA ’12, executive
director of the Miami University Alumni
Association. “This year Mike serves as
president-elect, which means he is on our
executive committee and works alongside
the president, immediate past president,
and executive director to set the agendas
and conversation for the board year.”
The MUAA board advises the alumni
association on its alumni programming
initiatives and helps promote those
initiatives across the country.
“Mike’s insights into the alumni
programming and initiatives have really
made us look at our work in a different
light and challenges us to think bigger
and innovate as a group,” Tavares said.
Mike will become president of the MUAA
Board later this year.
