Continuing the Legacy
In January 2013, OH Eta initiated its 2,000th brother since 1948. More recently, the chapter has retained its prominence as a top chapter at Miami as Greek Life is changing and new initiatives driven by the chapter are improving the college fraternity experience.
The late Jim Robeson who was a resident of Oxford, former Dean of the Farmer School of Business, and past Sigep Grand Chapter President is remembered for saying:
"We are a very good fraternity, perhaps the best fraternity. But we are not yet a great fraternity. Greatness is achieved with consistent excellence over time - excellence for an extended period of time.
We can only be successful if everyone - undergraduates, alumni, and staff - works together in a coordinated effort. But it will all be worth it when everyone who sees our Greek letters says, 'There goes a Sigep, That's a great fraternity' "
